4. Revisions and Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases where the content delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased traffic or sales. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
